Only because I loved her.
And only because she loved him.
That's why.
Only because I begged her not to.
And only because she did anyway.
That's why.
Yes, that's why.
The thought of it was hard.
The act itself was easy.
She came in late.
She didn't know it was later...
Her throat was soft within my hands.
Gasping lightly with a scent of brandy.
Traces of my love fell on her breasts.
Gently her eyelids closed.
Her hair lay strewn upon her pillow.
So quiet.
